It can sometimes be challenging to determine the appropriate lease rates for customers.
The reason for this is that lease rates are generally “priced to risk.” In other words, the riskier the undertaking the higher the monthly payment.
The table below illustrates approximate lease rates per thousand dollars for High, Medium and Low Risk lessees.
The chart is based on an average leased asset of $10,000 (36-month term O.A.C.)
